Employee Assistance Program (EAP)  Printer Friendly View

The Employee Assistance Program offers access to confidential counseling and referral services to assist you or members of your family in handling problems related to work, personal relationships, finances, drug and alcohol problems, or other life concerns. Members of your family include spouse, domestic partner and young adult dependents to age 30.

You and each of your dependents may schedule up to four free counseling sessions per benefit year. The Employee Assistance Program is administered by  Managed Health Network (MHN), Cupertino Office 1-800-826-4690 and for TDD 1-800-327-0801.
